Raspberry Wave

Raspberry Wave looks like cotton candy and tastes like raspberry ice cream, but it isn't too sweet. In other words? It's a perfect cocktail! 

35 ml White Wave gin
x1 egg white
1/4 oz of raspberry syrup or (Grenadine)
3/4 oz of lemon juice 

 

Note:  Dry shake ingredients to emulsify, add ice, shake and served straight up.

Tip: Using a pre chilled glass to serve is always a huge plus .
