Meet David (aka Dave or Daithi or Davehhh!)
A long-time gin enthusiast and now the founder of White Wave Gin..
White Wave Gin is a refreshing premium Irish gin distilled in Co Louth. David, the founder of White Wave Gin first developed a love for the Gin when travelling through Australia and began collecting different bottles of gin from all over the world. It became a dream of his to develop the perfect gin that would capture the blissful sweet taste of summer so one could enjoy with their friends all year round.
After years of research and education around Gin and its production, in 2021 our unique bottle went into development. It’s design, shape, colour and detail was inspired by Davids mother and her love for the alluring ocean and its exhilarating crisp breeze.
Now for the interesting part! The gin itself took a year to perfect, each batch that was distilled during production was missing something special, something different and something very distinct!
After many tweaks and changes our incredible taste was finalised and thus, White Wave Gin was born bursting with hand-selected native Irish ingredients such as Irish honey and a pinch of sea salt! White Wave Gin withholds an exceptional quenching citrus taste and sweet aromas. The infusion of natural botanicals balances the zest of orange which composes a distinct but refreshing aftermath.
